Hello. and welcome to our humble little repository for all things Pendel Labs. Here, you will find all information dedicated to our Artist-in-Charge.You know who he is. He's the guy that's been depicting our bodies and physiques with more accuracy than a camera can capture. Down to the shred, and down to the fiber. It kind of scares us honestly. He also depicts bodies of our test subjects, friends, and sometimes he just makes visualizations without us asking. He calls it "fanart" or something like that. Nonetheless, he is invaluable to the cause, as we love to show you the results of our very muscular research. Some of which are too spicy for even this respository to handle. On this site, you can access the Artist's Galleries from across various social media and art websites. Things were not as spread out as they used to be, but hey, more galleries means more people to see them. You will also be able to view the current Commission Info to check on current commission prices, and check whether or not the artist is willing to accept commissions at any given moment. Best you also check the Terms of Service as well to avoid any further questions. In the future, we are planning to bring you access to our public Subject Database, where the more lore-interested of you can view our current list of subjects and view their stats, their biography, and other little details about them. The database is currently in the works, so it'll be up as soon as we can get it up.If you appreciate the artworks, please do support the artist on any gallery accessible to you and give it your best feedback possible! And for the people who are willing to be more generous than usual, do take the opportunity to support them on Patreon or Ko-Fi. Any bit helps them, as well as the Lab in so many ways. With that said, enjoy what we in the Lab have to offer!
Who knows, maybe one day you'll be our next subject.
Sincerely,

Vesmir Pendel
Lead Chemist, Pendel Labs

[SECTION 1: PAYMENT]1 Upon requesting and commissioning me, you agree to ALL of the terms and conditions written below, AND that you are at least 18 years of age or older.2 All commission payments are to be done through Paypal. Once the commission details and prices are settled, an invoice will be sent to your Paypal account. Please confirm to me that you have paid the invoice once you have done so.3 Pay in advance. Be ready with your payment once you are billed.4 Payments shall be done in FULL, and commissions will only be on the queue list once they have been paid in full. Tips are also accepted.5 No refunds once the commission has been paid.6 Commissions are a First-Come, First-Served basis.

[SECTION 2: COMMUNICATION]
1 Your patience is invaluable to me. There's only one artist working to keep things running, and I will get through each and every paid commission even if it will take a long time to wait. Which is why it is always important to...2 Keep in touch with the artist! Communication is key between client and company, so do contact me through the appropriate direct messages. Discord & Twitter are my most active line of communication, but you can also try to contact me through DeviantArt, FurAffinity, or e-mail.

[SECTION 3: THE COMMISSION]
1 The commission is for personal use only. The client will not use it for any commercialization or distribution of any sorts. This includes the prohibition of using the commission as a non-fungible token (NFT) or as a resource for AI art. Doing so will lead to the client being blacklisted from this service.
2 The commission is not to be edited by the client upon receiving the final work unless approved by the artist beforehand.3 The commission can be posted on the client's social media and art gallery accounts on the basis that it has confirmation from the artist. When doing so, they must post the "(smaller)" version of the commission provided by the artist. It is also required for the client to credit the artist when posting to their respective profiles and galleries.4 The commission, along with its subsequent works-in-progress (WIPs) may be subjected to be published on the artist's Patreon. Upon paying, the client is fully aware that their work may be published there. The client must contact the artist beforehand if they wish not to publish their commission and/or their WIPs on Patreon.5 On the basis that the client allows the artist to publish the commission on Patreon, the client MUST NOT upload the commission to their own galleries until the artist allows them to. (Usually, it would be 2 months after the commission is posted on Patreon). The artist will let them know when they can post it.6 I have the complete right to reject your commission, whether it's against the rules, far from my current skill, or does not match my personal preferences. You have been warned.7 Only 1 character is allowed per commission.8 You may spend multiple slots for multiple different commissions, but please be wary of how much money you are spending.9 Before you commission me, please look at my art galleries if you ever feel hesitant. This is to prevent refunds (which I am not allowing).10 Alternative versions (such as Clothed, NSFW, etc.) will only count as extra charges and not separate commissions. Charges vary depending on how complex the alternative versions are.11 Only one major revision is allowed per commission. Revisions must be kept to a minimum. Ideally, there shouldn't be any, as the more complex the revision, the more it is likely to be charged, and the more time it needs to be spent.
